Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This policy explains what data Qiyal Studio, operated by Nurken Zhappargaly, Republic of Kazakhstan, collects and why. In short: the Software runs on your computer, and we collect as little as possible.

1. Data that stays on your computer

Your projects, generated files, series, scripts, avatars, animations, settings and API keys (for example, your kie.ai and YouTube API keys) are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store them.

2. Data sent to third-party services

When you generate content, your prompts and the files you choose (including photos for avatars) are sent directly from your computer to the AI provider you use (such as kie.ai), with your own API key. The Niche Finder sends your search queries to the YouTube Data API under Google’s terms. If you connect the Software to Claude, your requests are processed by Anthropic under its terms. That processing is governed by each provider’s privacy policy.

3. Voluntary support

Qiyal Studio does not sell anything during the beta and we do not process payments. If you choose to support the project (for example, via PayPal or Patreon), that platform processes your data under its own privacy policy, and we receive only what it shares with creators (such as your name or nickname and the amount). We never see your card details.

4. Website

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It remembers your language choice in your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of a normal web request.

5. Support

If you contact us by email or Telegram, we keep the conversation to help you and to improve the Software.

6. How long we keep data

We keep support conversations for as long as they help us support you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data that we hold by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
