Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Qiyal Studio desktop application (the “Software”) and this website. Qiyal Studio is operated by Nurken Zhappargaly, Republic of Kazakhstan (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the Software you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on computers you own or control.

Beta. While Qiyal Studio is in beta, the Software and all of its features are provided free of charge, without a license key. Voluntary support of the project (for example, via PayPal or Patreon) is a donation: it does not buy a license and does not unlock additional features.

We may introduce paid plans after the beta. We will announce this in advance; content you created stays yours.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Software, remove license checks or watermarks, or use the Software in violation of any law.

3. Third-party services

The Software connects to third-party services using keys that you supply: AI providers (such as kie.ai and the models they offer) and, for the Niche Finder, the YouTube Data API. Generations are billed by the AI provider directly to you, under their own terms and prices. You may also connect the Software to Claude by Anthropic. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, output or policies of third-party services, and you must comply with their terms.

4. Your content

You own the content you create with the Software, subject to the terms of the AI providers and models you use. You are solely responsible for the prompts, files and content you create and publish, and for having the rights to any materials you upload, including photos of people used for avatars.

5. Updates and changes

We may release updates, change or remove features, or end the beta. Third-party providers may change their services; we do not guarantee compatibility with future third-party changes.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue. The Software is provided free of charge during the beta.

8. Termination

We may stop providing the Software or the beta at any time. You may stop using the Software at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
